Dylan Small

Dylan is a graduate of Penn State’s food science program, where he did research on the quantities of antioxidants in fruits and vegetables. While at Penn State, he also worked for Happy Valley Vineyard and Winery, where he was tasked with adding potassium metabisulfite to wine, tested the wine for hydrogen sulfide, and performed backsweetening; a process of adding sugar to wine before bottling. Dylan interned with Factory’s research and development department before joining the team full-time in 2020.
