Christopher Mikovich

Chris has been cooking professionally for ten years. His experience includes lead line chef at several high-volume restaurants, assistant banquet manager at a nationally-known country club, executive chef at a private retreat center, head chef at a Lehigh University fraternity and, most personally satisfying, executive chef at Crossroads Camp, where he cooked for mentally and physically challenged children. At Factory, Chris manages our industrial kitchen, catering to guests and the Factory team, assisting with product and recipe development for the food companies in our portfolio, developing content for social media, and promoting products at trade shows. Chris’s ability to keep everyone well-fed and happy is abetted by his Psychology degree from Penn State University.
